Intro to Interledger Offline Payments

Interledger Offline Payments brings Open Payments and Interledger Protocol (ILP) capabilities to traditional card payment infrastructure.

It enables ILP payment capabilities on credit and debit cards, as well as MPoC devices that can act as certified EMV contactless terminals (such as smartphones and tablets).

It’s built around Rhyza, the EMV C-2 kernel, and a small set of supporting services.
